Only the Best Materials for Our Outdoor Furniture
Our goal is to find the best materials for outdoor furniture, build the most durable outdoor furniture and offer the lowest possible prices. A key component in that is hand selecting each material used in the manufacturing process. Our frames, weave, fabric, and foam stand up against the high end, high priced outdoor furniture you’ll see everywhere while shopping, while setting us worlds apart from the low end options you’re sure to come across as well. Using these methods we make it as easy as possible to identify who makes the best outdoor furniture.
Frames
Our frames are made with powder coated aluminum, the strongest and most rustproof material in the industry. This finish is 3 times as thick as paint and virtually impenetrable, so you can rest assured your patio furniture will fight off rain and sun year after year.
Weave
We hand select the all-weather wicker used in all of our collections. This synthetic material woven by hand to turn each powder coated frame into a beautiful piece of wicker outdoor furniture. Our all-weather wicker is UV fade resistant and invulnerable to rain and moisture. It is designed to hold its rich look and feel for the long lifespan of the set.
Teak
All of our teak patio furniture collections are crafted from Grade A Indonesian Teak. Teak wood is strong, durable, and naturally resistant to water. It is widely considered to be the best wood for outdoor furniture. We also ensure that our wood is FSC certified.
Fabric
We use Sunbrella, the best fabric available for outdoor cushions. It repels water and is extremely easy to clean. Sunbrella is made with 100% solution dyed acrylic. The process of solution dying ensures the color will never fade. Sunbrella is also softer to the touch than polyesters or olefins, which are the other 2 most common fabrics used in outdoor cushions. Foam
While most companies use 4-5″ cushions, ours are 6″ thick. This adds not only comfort but extra weight, which helps prevent them from blowing off the furniture. We use a porous, quick drying foam designed to filter water and be ready again for use shortly after getting wet. Our bottom cushions are also equipped with ties so they can be secured to the frames in windier environments. We add a plush filling to our back pillows for the perfect blend of support and comfort.
