The customer experience is the essence of Madbury Road. On any given day, if you call the website you’ll likely get one of the co-founders on the phone to answer all your questions. When scheduling delivery you’ll probably be chatting or texting with Brady on his cell. We both spent years on our trucks delivering to our customers and evolving the delivery experience. We regularly visit our factories to refine and enhance our products every year. We connect with our customers and deliver you a shopping experience you’ll want to tell your friends about, from beginning to end.
Founded in 2010
College roommates, close friends, and business partners, Tim and Brady founded Madbury Road in 2010, conceiving the idea on a hike up Mt. Washington. Our backgrounds in e-commerce, manufacturing, and importing led us to the outdoor furniture industry, where big companies ruled and customers suffered from a lack of options and inflated pricing. We founded Madbury to solve these problems, and simplify your search for outdoor furniture.
We absolutely love our set! We are very happy about our decision to purchase from Madbury Road. You can see and feel the quality. The customer service has also been fantastic. When I have reached out with questions Tim responds quickly and has been so helpful. With so many online options, it is so difficult to know which patio furniture products are of sufficient quality and which ones you'll regret buying. I've had terrific buying experiences with Brady and his responsive team at Madbury. I have two sets still going strong many years later and just ordered a third for my mom. Finding outdoor furniture that you love and allows you to enjoy an extended living space the way these luxurious, but surprisingly affordable, sets do....priceless!
